Join us this Fall Break for our Music U Songwriting Camp! Dive into the art of song creation as we break down what makes a great song, explore different genres of songs and compositions, and help each participant write their very own song in one week's time!

This Fall Break, let your child experience the thrill of composing their own music and sharing their songs with the world! Our Songwriting Camp is specially crafted for youngsters aged 8 to 16. With no musical background needed, our camp offers a supportive environment perfect for nurturing young songwriters. Throughout the week, students will collaborate on crafting songs, culminating in a recording session of their top chosen song with one of our Music U Team members!

Weekly Schedule

Join us from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Each day will feature icebreakers, songwriting games and activities, music exposure and listening exercises, song analysis, and time to try out new song ideas! On Friday, our budding songwriters will have a chance to have their song recorded!

What to Expect

At the Music U Songwriting Camp, your child can anticipate an exhilarating and educational week, guided by our skilled instructors. Students will receive comprehensive instruction in music composition, lyrical creativity, and melody creation. Your child's musical prowess, artistic expression, and self-confidence will flourish while they collaborate with peers to craft heartfelt songs. Each day, students should bring lunch, snacks, and water, and we’ll provide the fun!
